A $75 flat-fee consultation deposit is required to secure a custom order spot. Please purchase a slot above. If you emailed me first a digital invoice to pay the fee will be sent to you to set up the consult. Once payment is received, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss your vision, materials, and timeline.​This consultation fee goes toward the final cost of your custom piece.

 

After our initial consult, pricing is calculated based on:

• cost of materials (including sourcing time)

• hours of labor required to handcraft your piece

You will receive a detailed cost estimate within 48 hours of our consultation.

Once you approve the estimate, a digital invoice via email will be sent. Payment of this invoice is required before I begin working. Your $75 consultation fee will be deducted from the total.

Custom order rates:

• $30/hour (standard)

• $35/hour (rush orders)

Any project requested with less than 8 weeks’ notice is considered a rush order.

Timeline:

Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for completion of standard custom orders. Rush orders timelines will be based on what we discussed in the consult. You will receive a tracking number via email when project is complete and ready to be shipped out.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable, as they cover the consult, design time, and planning

• I do not recreate exact replicas of other designers’ work
